Description

YZZY Flash DNA polymerase is a chimeric thermostable protein based on Pfu DNA
polymerase containing DNA binding domain. The resulted enzyme has increased
thermostability, processivity, accuracy and resistance to wide range of inhibitors.
Due to increased resistant to inhibitors the product can be used in “direct” PCR
without preliminary purification of the samples (e.g. whole blood, saliva, urine etc).
The enzyme is also tolerant to high ionic strength and dUTP.
The reagent has an increased DNA synthesis rate (up to 4 kbp per minute) and
capability of long fragments amplification (10 kbp or longer).
