Description
YZZY ChemTaq DNA polymerase is a high-quality hot-start polymerase with superior
sensitivity and specificity. Due to chemical modification the reagent does not exhibit
enzymatic activity at room temperature. According to our tests, 1 U of polymerase keeps
inactive during the incubation with the substrate for about 0.5 hour at 60°C. Activation
of the enzyme starts automatically during 15 min incubation step at 95°C.
