Description
YZZY 5x Fast-probe qPCR U Mastermix UTP/UNG is a universal ready-to-use reagent for quantitative
and/or qualitative qPCR assay. The use of the reagent prevents the appearance of
false positive results caused by contamination of a PCR mixture with products of a
previous PCR assay.
The Mastermix contains all basic components, including a thermostable DNA
polymerase with a “hot start”, dNTPs with dUTP, UDG, an optimized buffer with
an enhancer, a stabilizer, MgCl2 (final concentration is 5 mM) and optional ROX
reference dye (final concentration is 0.5 or 0.03 μM).
YZZY 5x Fast-probe qPCR U Mastermix UTP/UNG provides reproducible results with high sensitivity
(single copies of DNA) and has high multiplex PCR performance (up to 4 reactions).
The reagent has increased inhibition resistivity.
YZZY 5x Fast-probe qPCR U Mastermix UTP/UNG can be stored at temperatures up to 2-8°C for 6
month without loss of activity and specificity.
