Description
YZZY 2x Forez PCR Mastermix is a universal ready-to-use reagent for PCR assay
with electrophoresic detection of the results.
The Mastermix contains all basic components, including a thermostable DNA
polymerase with a “hot start”, dNTPs, an optimized buffer with an enhancer, a
stabilizer, MgCl2 (final concentration is 5 mM), glycerol for loading of PCR products
in gel and dye as a size marker.
A modified 2x Forez Mastermix with additional UDG and dUTP (YZZY 2x Forez U Mastermix)
to prevent the appearance of false positive results is available upon request.
YZZY 2x Forez PCR Mastermix provides reproducible results with high sensitivity
(single copies of DNA) and has high multiplex PCR performance (up to 4 reactions).
The reagent has increased inhibition resistivity.
YZZY 2x Forez PCR Mastermix can be stored at temperatures up to 2-8°C for 3
month without loss of activity and specificity.
