Description
YZZY 2x Flash PCR Mastermix is resistant to inhibitors and can be used in “direct” PCR without preliminary purification of the matrix (e.g. resistant to 10% of whole blood).
The reagent has an increased DNA synthesis rate (up to 4 kbp per minute) and capability of long fragments amplification (10 kbp or longer).
